Ahead of the much awaited Asia Cup 2023 clash, Indian team had a intense net session with some local net bowlers. BCCI posted a video after the practise session where we can see Virat Kohli sharing some tips with the local players.
Sharing Experience
The video posted by BCCI saw former Indian skipper Virat Kohli sharing his experience with the Sri Lankan local players. These local players participated in the nest practice organised by the Indian team.
The local net bowlers were especially helpful as they bowled for almost 2 hours to every batsmen of Indian team. They bowled to Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Hardik Pandya, Shreyas iyer and even KL Rahul.
The youngsters themselves approached Kohli after the practice and he obliged with their request. He talked about the role of fitness, mindset, skills and small changes that every player can adapt.
A Special Gift Ahead Of IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2023 Clash
The local players then had a special gift for the Indian star batsman as he gifted him a silver bat as a token of appreciation. Kohli is ready for the IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2023 clash and will look to get his revenge against the Pakistan pace attack.
