IND vs PAK: While playing Pakistan on Sunday at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, India’s captain Rohit Sharma became extremely irate with the umpires after Shan Masood’s wicket was missed. Against India’s R Ashwin, Shan Masood sought to make a powerful hit. He bent his knees and attempted a large sweep. The ball, however, flew straight up into the air, and as Hardik Pandya raced in to make a straightforward catch, it struck the spider cam on the way back. If the ball strikes the spider cam, it is ruled dead according to the regulation.
However, the left-hander was only able to top edge a nasty heave, which India might have been able to catch. The Indian fielders were left puzzled when the ball struck the spider cam while it was in the air.

Both Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya were obviously upset by what happened in the middle, with the latter visibly displaying his rage. Even the Indian captain became irritated when he saw the Pakistani batters run and informed them that the ball was dead.
