The world’s biggest cricketing slugfest Indian Premier League is all set to start on April 9. The entire tournament is scheduled in India this time and most of the teams have already started their practice sessions.
The first match of this season will be played between the defending champions Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore, the match will start at 7.30 pm in Chennai.
Meanwhile, the BCCI has come up with many new rules, such as the On-Feild Umpire will no longer give soft signals, that decision will be only for the third umpire.
The second is that now all teams will have to complete 20 overs in 90 minutes, which will also have two strategic timeouts.
