IPL 2023: Dinesh Karthik is widely renowned for hitting powerful shots. He is known for his role of finisher, and made a surprise comeback to the time with his skills. In last IPL, he scored many valuable runs for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) while coming in to bat at the lower order. Similar kind of batting is expected from the star batter in the upcoming season. However, much before it, he has already announced that he will be much more impactful this season by hitting 75* off 38 balls in DY Patil Tournament.

During the inning, he smashed five boundaries and six maximums, showcasing his ability to high big shots. With this inning, he has also demonstrated that he is ready for IPL 2023 and will continue to score in the same manner for RCB. He has always been touted as a capable finisher who can end the games in favour of the teams with his skills.
Dinesh Karthik was playing for Group B against RBI, which also included many IPL youngsters. Thanks to Dinesh Karthik, Group B managed to score 186/6 after 20 overs. Bowlers then did splendid work as they limited RBI to the score of 161/7 after 20 overs, resulting in a win by a margin of 25 runs.

Dinesh Karthik, who happens to be a prominent batter for RCB in the lower order, will have a major responsibility on his shoulders. The top order features big names such as Virat Kohli, Du Plessis, and Maxwell whereas in the lower order, there is an absence of notable names. Thus, Dinesh Karthik is relied upon with the task of finishing the game.
