IPL 2024 Auction: The Indian Premier League (IPL) has unveiled the final list of 333 players for the upcoming IPL 2024 auction in Dubai on December 19. Among them, New Zealand’s Rachin Ravindra has a base price of INR 50 lakh, while Mitchell Starc makes a highly anticipated comeback with a base price of INR 2 crore.
Notably, only three Indians—Harshal Patel, Shardul Thakur, and Umesh Yadav—are in the top reserve price bracket.

The auction will feature 116 capped players, 215 uncapped players, and two from associate nations, with a maximum of 77 slots available, including 30 for overseas players. The highest reserve price for this auction is INR 2 crore, with 23 players listed in this bracket, including Travis Head, Pat Cummins, Steve Smith, and others.

Australia’s World Cup hero Travis Head and other prominent players are set to go under the hammer, with Starc creating excitement after his last IPL appearance in 2015. The auction dynamics are expected to be intense, with the Gujarat Titans leading the financial race, boasting the highest purse of INR 38.15 crore.
On the other hand, Lucknow Super Giants enter the auction with the lowest purse of INR 13.15 crore. The action-packed auction is scheduled to commence at 1 PM local time.
