This is the exact feeling that Sunrisers Hyderabad owner Kavya Maran when she saw her team getting defeated in the finals. It was a humiliating defeat and Kavya was not able to resist her emotions.
There were even rumors and pictures started circulating that showed Kavya leaving the ground even before the match. But that was completely false and she stood beside her team till the end even if it was for a bitter ending.
Kavya Maran Emotional
As soon as the match finished, the camera cut to SRH owner Kavya Maran as she was coming out of the VIP box. She came out of the VIP room and stood at the railing clapping for her team and opposition.
She was visibly in tears and it was understandable. But that did not stop her from showing appreciation for her team and for the opposition. After all, that is what sportsmanship is all about.
And even though SRH has lost in the finals, it is a season to be proud of. They were at the bottom of the table last season, and in IPL 2024, they completely revolutionized the T20 game as we know it.
