IPL 2024 MI vs LSG: It is always a delight to see Rohit Sharma in full flow. When he scores, no bowler is safe and no part of the ground is excluded. But this season has been a dud for Hitman so far.
He started the season very well but was not able to get in the groove in the past few matches. It was hard to enjoy the game as a Mumbai Indian fan during that time. MI became the first team to be knocked out of the tournament.
But on the last match of their campaign, Rohit decided to give the fans a special gift after a tough season. A sensational inning in the vintage Hitman style left everyone in awe of the class of the Indian skipper.

It was an inning that oozed class with every shot. This inning could be divided into two phases. In the first phase where Rohit Sharma showed his class but was playing rather steadily. The second phase came after the rain where he just smashed everyone out of the park.
He especially hit Mohsin Khan for gorgeous boundaries and shut down his weakness against the left-arm pacers. The former MI skipper even reached his half-century with a straight six right over the bowler.
Rohit got dismissed in the 11th over but by then he had already shown everyone what a class batsman he is. A 68 runs inning in just 38 deliveries with 10 boundaries and 3 sixes entertained the crowd completely.
Good News For India
Mumbai’s campaign might have been finished but this inning is massive news for the Indian side. With the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 right around the corner, this is the perfect time for the Indian skipper to get his form back. We just hope he carries this momentum in the upcoming World Cup as well.
