Ishant Sharma becomes third Indian pacer to take 300 Test wickets

The first Test match between India and England is underway. England’s lead is still more than 360 and they have an upper hand in the game till now.

On the fourth day, veteran pacer Ishant Sharma became the third Indian pacer to clinch 300 Test wickets after dismissing Daniel Lawrence.

Before Ishant, only Zaheer Khan and Kapil Dev were only bowlers to take more than 300 wickets in the format for the Indian team.

With one more day remaining in the game, the English team have an upper hand in the game.
