Jeev Milkha Singh: Well-known Indian golfer and the son of the legendary Milkha Singh, Jeev, has filed a court complaint in Chandigarh asking for the filing of a FIR against a car dealer and buyer. Jeev Milkha Singh, reportedly recieved over 63 challans worth Rs. 83000 for a Mercedes car he already sold in 2014.
The Mercedes was sold to Nitin Jain in June 2014 by a car dealer named Tejinder Singh, but the golfer is still listed as the owner on the vehicle. During that time, the deal was closed for Rs. 35 lakh.
The challans totaling Rs 83,000 have been adding up since 2015, but Singh continues to receive notices from a Delhi court regarding them.
All the required paperwork for the sale and purchase of the Mercedes was completed, and Jeev Milkha also received an affidavit from Nitin Jain, according to the Indian golfer’s attorney Terminder Singh, but despite buying the car, the new owner did not change the registration. The car couldn’t be registered in New Delhi because it is a 10-year-old diesel model.
