IND vs PAK ICC ODI World Cup 2023: India continued their winning streak against Pakistan in the ICC ODI World Cup by hammering the Men in Green with a 7-wicket victory. Now, India has a record of winning all the 8 matches against Pakistan in the tournament. However, with that, reactions from the fans have also surfaced from the neighbouring nations. Former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar has also shared a video of his reaction.
Pakistani fans react to defeat
India skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to field first. A strong batting was expected by Babar Azam-led Pakistan, however, the Men in Green were completely flattered in Ahmedabad. At one moment, the team was at 155 runs with the loss of just two wickets. However, the batting order collapsed from thereon and the team was all out on 191 runs. India comfortably chased down the target in 30.3 overs.
The defeat marked India’s 8th consecutive victory against Pakistan in the ICC ODI World Cup. Evidently, Pakistani fans were left angry and frustrated after seeing their team’s performance. Many slammed the batters for not being able to bat in such conditions. Some fans also said that they already knew that their country was going to lose because of the great form team India is in.
