Kuldeep Yadav: In the 16th over of the opening innings of the ODI in Lucknow, Kuldeep Yadav successfully bowled Aiden Markram of South Africa with a stunning inspinning delivery.
Rain postponed the game’s start and limited it to 40 overs each side, and South Africa was given the opportunity to bat first. In addition, after getting off to a decent start, the Proteas lost wickets at a rapid rate as Indian spinners claimed four wickets in the space of ten overs.

Markram entered the batting order when Temba Bavuma’s second wicket was taken on the final delivery of the 15th over. On a field that was favourable to spinners, Kuldeep was turning the ball square and he had to face him right away.
Aiden Markram was left clueless
The last delivery Kuldeep made was rather full. After being pitched, the ball abruptly turned, passed through Markram’s bat and pad, and struck between the off- and middle-stump. Kuldeep was ecstatic with the wicket and broke out in his customary celebration. For the first time in five balls, Markram attempted to play him on the front foot, but the massive turn defeated him and he was out for a duck. Watch the video:
Talking about the match, India lost the game by 9 runs after the Proteas team put a score of 249 after lossing four wickets. In response, Indian openers got out early while Sanju Samson played a brave knock of 86 not out in 63 balls.
