His prayers appeared to have been answered when Mohsin Khan successfully held off the 11 runs that were required off the final over. Marcus Stoinis’ scorching 89 off 47 balls, which featured eight sixes and four boundaries at a fantastic strike rate of 189.36, helped LSG score a noteworthy total of 177 runs in their 20 overs in the first innings.
Mumbai’s Kishan and Sharma Set the Stage on Fire Against Lucknow
Mumbai’s opening pair of Ishan Kishan and captain Rohit Sharma sprang into action right away in response to the score. Before LSG ended Rohit’s batting for 37 runs off 25 balls, the duo put up a first-wicket stand of 90 runs.
