United now secured a 5-0 lead from their first leg played in the month of March and they will next face Copenhagen.
Antonio Conte’s Inter Milan will see either of the Steven Gerrard’s Rangers or Bayer Leverkusen with the Germans holding a 3-1 lead going into Thursday’s match.
Despite United’s comfortable situation from March 12’s first fortune for the visitors caused problems early on.
