MI vs PBKS IPL 2023: Star pacer and global sensation Jofra Archer has finally returned to playing X1 after missing four games in a row. However, his comeback hasn’t been that remarkable. During the MI’s inning, he was smacked for a mammoth 101m six by his fellow countryman, Liam Livingstone.

Mumbai Indians opted to bowl first and tried their effort best to restrict the PBKS lineup from going for a big total. By the end of 8th over, PBKS has scored 71 runs with a loss of two wickets. Jofra Archer was then called upon by skipper Rohit Sharma to further strengthen their position in the match.
The first ball of the over did not shell any run for PBKS. However, just on the next ball, Liam Livingstone who had scored 2 runs in 8 balls by then, smashed a massive six. It was a shorter delivery and Livingstone who had been waiting to go for a big hit smacked the ball towards the backward square leg. The replays confirmed that it was indeed a 101 m six, which had hit the stadium’s wall.
