MS Dhoni and his celebration in Tamil cinema is unmatched. Many movies have featured or have mentioned the name of a former Indian skipper. After joining Chennai Super Kings, he has become a diety-like figure for the people of Tamil Nadu.
It looks like the Tamil Cinema industry is going to the next level this time to celebrate their skipper. The trailer for Thalapathy Vijay latest movie ‘GOAT’ was dropped a few hours ago and it has gone viral.
One of the reasons the trailer is so loved is because of the integration of CSK in it. The trailer also hinted several times that we might get a guest appearance of ‘Thala’ in the movie. If that happens, the theater is going to explode.
MS Dhoni In Movie?
A few months ago, several reports suggested that Dhoni would have an appearance in Vijay’s upcoming movie. The rumors got strong when Vijay met with MS Dhoni himself and the movie was shot in Chepauk stadium.
According to reports, While details of Dhoni’s role in the film have been kept under wraps, the role is short and crisp and will be a treat to MSD fans. If the reports are true, we might see the biggest cheer ever heard in a cinema hall.
Hints In Trailer!
The trailer of ‘Greatest Of All Time’ dropped several hints that MSD might be in the movie. The most prominent one out of all was Vijay wearing a ‘Definitely Not; T-shirt that has become a trademark of MSD.
It further features several shots of Vijay at the top of M. A. Chidambaram Stadium while an IPL match was being played. The trailer also features several CSK fans and the inside of Chepauk Stadium.
‘GOAT’ is an action-thriller movie starring Thalapathy Vijay and Meenakshi Chaudhary in the lead. Vijay will be playing a double role which he has done several times in his career. The movie is all set to release on September 5.
