During the PAK vs BAN Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 match, Naseem Shah suffered a major knock in his shoulder and might be out of the match.

PAK vs BAN Asia Cup 2023: Lahore has been scorching right now and under that heat, two teams are sweating it out for a place in the second round. The battle has been intense from the first ball with no one trying to give each other an inch.

The first match of the Super 4 round of Asia Cup 2023 started on Wednesday. Naseem Shah and Shaheen Afridi took two early wickets like their usual to give Pakistan an advantage. But after that, a tragedy struck.

It looks like Naseem Shah has been severely injured or at least has suffered a knock in his right shoulder. The severity of the injury has not been revealed yet but it is a worrying sign for the Pakistani side.

Huge Scare For Pakistan

In the seventh over of the match, Mohammad Naim glanced Shaheen Afridi perfectly. The ball was racing towards the boundary but a diving Naseem Shah tried to save the ball. He was not able to save the boundary but the real scare happened after that.

Naseem Shah went diving down on the ball to save the boundary. But he did not get up even after a while. He did not move for a while and the whole Pakistan team got worried. There was a huge gasp in the ground as one of their strike bowlers was injured.

Naseem moved after a while but was even struggling to sit down and it looked like he had hurt his right shoulder. The medics arrived quickly on the spot and started to examine the bowler.

Naseem got back on his feet and went to his feet but was in a lot of pain. He did not bowl the next over and was replaced by Faheem Ashraf. Later, he was seen fine in the dressing room, so we hope this is nothing more than just a knock.
