But, the way this team is mentally charged, they will not be satisfied with any medal. They will only be satisfied when they have that Gold medal around their neck and the Indian national anthem is being played at the medal ceremony.

Skipper Harmanpreet Singh has been the driving force for this team and has scored 7 goals in the tournament so far. He was charged during and even after the match. In the post-match interview, his dedication and aggression for the team were completely visible.

‘Will Give Our Heads’

Firstly, Harmanpreet stated that it had been a team effort and that what they had done today was sensational. He further stated that all the players want to do this for the country and will even give their heads if needed.

He made it clear that this team has started to believe in themselves and the mentality is good in the camp. They are not going to let any team win till they are breathing and that type of thinking is their driving force.

He further stated that dawning these blue colors is a big responsibility and all of them just want to score for the team. They are focused on the game at hand and he assured everyone that this Indian team won’t come back empty-handed.
