Ravindra Jadeja: Will renowned all-around player Ravindra Jadeja remain with Chennai Super Kings or defect from the Yellow Army? Since the Indian Premier League’s midseason in 2022, this question has emerged as one of the most hotly debated subjects. On numerous occasions, the franchise’s star all-arounder has made comments suggesting his departure.
His heartfelt replies to the team, in which he expressed his desire to play for them for another ten years, were also deleted. He also deleted all the CSK-related posts from his Instagram profile.
For quite some time, IPL team Delhi Capitals have had legendary cricketer Ravindra Jadeja on their roster. He’s being sought after by his parent squad CSK in a swap deal with Delhi. Jaddu was the target of DC, according to earlier reports. According to new information, Chennai Super Kings will trade him during the IPL 2023 Trading Window provided they can receive two specified players in exchange.
Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel in exchange of Jadeja
Shardul and Axar Patel will be received by Delhi Capitals in exchange for Ravindra Jadeja. The management of CSK, led by Stephen Fleming, is requesting that Delhi trade Jadeja for two specific Indian players: Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel.

Notably, the Delhi Capitals are in desperate need of a good all-around spinner like Ravindra Jadeja after last season’s lacklustre choice of Lalit Yadav. However, it could be a big ask for Delhi to accept the trade deal if they were to give up both exchange for Jadeja. Patel has recently made a big impression in T20Is, capturing 20 wickets at an average of 21.20.
The two Indian Premier League franchises are still in the middle of their negotiations, and it is anyone’s guess whether or not the transaction would be finalised. The IPL 2023 Trading Window closes in the middle of December, thus a choice must be made before that time.
