RCB vs MI IPL 2023: Mohammed Siraj has been one of the finest bowlers for RCB and India in the last couple of years. He is known for his robust pace and sheer length. However, he had an off day as Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians clashed in their first match of the tournament in Bangalore. He started well but eventually ended up giving five wide balls in his spell’s last over.

Mohammed Siraj’s unforgettable over
Earlier, the home team RCB won the toss and opted to bowl first in the game. Bowlers, especially Siraj, showed great control in the start and put MI in a troubling situation of 20/3 in 5.2 overs. However, in the 19th over, which was also the last over for Siraj’s spell, he threw five wides with four of them coming in a row. In his first three over, he gave just 5 runs and also scalped a wicket.
After the first two balls, he bowled four back-to-back wides to Tilak Verma. Then, on the third legal ball, Tilak Verma scored 2 runs while the batter also hit a boundary on the next ball. While everyone thought that his long over is about to come to an end, he bowled yet another wide. The over finally turned out to be an 11-ball over.
