Rishabh Pant and Axar Patel paid a visit to the Balaji temple in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh on Friday. Both of these players are out of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 because of injuries and are in rehab right now.
Now as both of them are getting recovered nicely, they made time to visit the holy place in Andhra Pradesh. The pair posted the picture on Instagram about their visit and even stated how amazing they felt.
The caption of their post read “Not enough words to describe the energy of the place. Didn’t feel like leaving the temple. Unbelievable positive energy & spiritual energy.” They were also spotted by the media and even interacted with fans a little bit.

Both these players were swarmed up by the fans in the stadium. As the fans recognized both of them, they came forward to click pictures with their favorite cricket stars, and both of them obliged.
They even posed with the Temple’s staff and followed all the rules and regulations of the temple. By their expressions, you can see that they had a good darshan and were satisfied with the experience.
Return Dates
Axar Patel is set to return soon and will resume his cricket as soon as the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 is over. He will get direct entry into the Indian squad as he was dropped because of the injury only.
On the other hand, Rishabh Pant will have to go down the domestic side as he needs his match fitness again. The wicket-keeper has not played for more than a year now and January is deemed to be his return. Whether he will be able to do wicketkeeping or not, it will be revealed later.
