Rishabh Pant: Rishabh Pant, the explosive batsman and star wicketkeeper for the Indian cricket team, was hurt in a horrific car accident on Friday near Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and has since undergone a number of tests. Rishabh Pant’s MRI scans of his head and spine came back with normal results, according to the health bulletin that was released. Pant also had plastic surgery to fix cuts and injuries to his face. The MRI of his ankle and knee was delayed until Saturday due to pain and swelling at the same time.
Rishabh had two cuts on his forehead
His knee ligament injury has also been suspected by medical professionals at Dehradun’s Max Hospital, according to a report in ESPN Cricinfo. At the same time, Pant’s condition has also been described as stable in the medical bulletin the hospital released on Friday night. Rishabh had two cuts on his forehead, according to a statement issued earlier in the day by the BCCI. His right wrist, ankle, toe, and back have all been hurt in addition to the torn ligaments in his right knee.

Transferred to Max Hospital
When Pant was travelling by car from Delhi to Roorkee in the early hours of Friday, the accident occurred. He hit the divider with his car, which then caught fire. The left-handed batsman was first moved to a neighbourhood Multispeciality and Trauma Center, where he received medical attention for his wounds before being transferred to Max Hospital in Dehradun.

Have to attened in strength and conditioning training
The Indian team for the T20 International and home ODI series against Sri Lanka beginning on January 3 did not include Pant. Prior to the Test series against Australia in February, he was scheduled to participate in strength and conditioning training at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. He recently helped India win the series 2-0 with a match-winning 93 in the first innings of the second Test against Bangladesh at Mirpur.
