“The number of things Rohit Sharma forgets, I have never seen anyone else being this forgetful. iPad, wallet, phone, not the small things, but things for daily use. He even has forgotten his passport on numerous occasions.”
In a bizarre and amazing coincidence after the Asia Cup 2023 Final, we saw a similar situation. Thankfully the situation was caught on camera and we saw both Indian players and media outlets left in splits.
Rohit Forgot His Passport
It looked like while every Indian player was onboard the bus to the airport, Rohit Sharma could not do so. He had forgotten his passport and was waiting for the support staff to come and give it to him.
The Hitman was standing at the gate of the bus while other players were laughing at the situation. None of them were surprised because they were used to this by now, but it did not stop them from having fun.
The support staff returned the passport and was cheered by the media outlets. One of them even stated “We were waiting for you” to the support staff. The Indian players were smiling constantly through the incident.

Indian skipper might have forgotten his passport, but he did not forget his ways in the Asia Cup 2023 finals and led his team to a sensational victory. The Men In Blues defeated Sri Lanka by 10 wickets and registered their biggest victory. Mohammad Siraj was the main man for India and took 6 wickets.
