Rohit Sharma: The Indian team’s skipper, Rohit Sharma, has taken a break from cricket and had asked to exclude from the first ODI of the ongoing three-match series against Australia. Sharma explained that his absence is due to family commitments. It was later revealed that he will be attending his brother-in-law’s marriage. Now, a video has gone viral on social media in which the skipper can be seen grooving to hit tracks.

Captain and star batter Rohit Sharma is known for his cool behaviour both on and off the field. He had a successful Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023 as he became the third-highest Indian run-scorer in the series and Men in Blue retained the trophy for the fourth consecutive time. Rohit is likely to return to the team for the second ODI which is scheduled to take place in Visakhapatnam on 19th of March.
However, a video from the wedding celebration has now become a viral sensation on the internet. The skipper can be seen dancing to the song ‘Laal Ghagra’ from the movie ‘Good News.’ Along with him, his wife Ritika Sajdeh was also grooving to the song’s step, giving him the perfect company. Rohit is very rarely seen dancing, thus, making the video even more special for his fans.

Prior to the first ODI between India and Australia, Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma was recently seen with internationally renowned DJ Martin Garrix. Also, Rohit gave Garrix his Test jersey and shared pictures of the meeting on his official Twitter account. Hardik Pandya is currently leading the side in his absence.
