Indian skipper Rohit Sharma visited Tirupathi Balaji Temple before the commencement of Asia Cup 2023. Watch here

Asia Cup 2023: The cricketers and their devotion towards god is not news to anyone. We have seen many players going to prestigious temples and places during the short break they get from their busy schedules.

We have seen many pictures of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma visiting temples throughout the country. Ravindra Jadeja visited Ashapura temple with his wife Rivaba before the start of the West Indies series.

And now, videos of Rohit Sharma and his family visiting Tirupathi Balaji Temple right before the commencement of Asia Cup 2023. The whole Sharma family was visiting the temple, and as expected, the crowd gathered alongside them.

Balaji Darshan

Rohit Sharma visited Tirupathi Balaji Temple alongside his wife, Ritika Sajedh, and his daughter Samaira. The couple was accompanied by Ritika’s father, Bobby Sajedh, and mother, Tina Sajedh, for the darshans.

The family was escorted and supported by tight security as a huge crowd gathered around the family. Everyone wanted to see their favorite cricketer, but the temple was not that place. The Indian skipper waved and acknowledged the fans but did not stay behind to meet and greet them, which was understandable and completely fair.

Asia Cup 2023

India is set to kick off their Asia Cup 2023 campaign in September 2022. We might see the squad’s announcement soon. As the Mumbai Indians skipper has already stated that we might see some experiments at that tournament, the skipper wants an undoubted and proven team for ODI World Cup 2023.

With Jasprit Bumrah and KL Rahul returning to fitness, the only doubt remains over Shreyas Iyer. Just like the skipper, the whole of India is praying for his return so we can solve this number 4 issue.
