The enduring friendship between these two cricketing legends traces its roots back to their extensive on-field encounters. Notably, it was Sachin who shattered Saeed Anwar’s long-standing record in One Day International (ODI) cricket. Anwar had once held the record for the highest individual score, with a remarkable 194, but Sachin surpassed this milestone by achieving the first-ever double century.
Sachin Tendulkar posted a photo of young Arjun and Sara on the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, accompanied by this caption: “What a beautiful coincidence! Celebrating Arjun’s birthday and #DaughtersDay on the same day. I couldn’t be a happier father.” Former Pakistan opening batsman Saeed Anwar conveyed a heartwarming message in response to the picture, as he wrote, “Masha Allah Sachin! Wishing Arjun a happy birthday, thoughts & best wishes to Sara.”
