Smriti Mandhana tops the chart

Throughout her Women’s Hundred career, Smriti Mandhana has impressively accumulated 503 runs across 17 innings while representing Southern Brave. Tough loss for Smriti Mandhana’s team

Despite the commendable half-centuries from both opening batters on Friday, the Southern Brave fell short in their chase of the target of 166 runs against the Fire, losing by a narrow margin of three runs. The Fire’s success was propelled by the exceptional performance of West Indies all-rounder Hayley Matthews, who scored a brilliant 65 runs off 38 balls, helping her team post a competitive total of 165 runs for the loss of three wickets in 100 balls. Despite Mandhana’s unbeaten knock of 70 runs, the Southern Brave could not manage to secure the victory.
