South Africa have won the third Test against India by 7 wickets to claim the three-match series 2-1.
India’s quest for a series win in the Rainbow Nation is still on. Keegan Petersen was the star for the home team in the pursuit of 212.
Petersen scored 82 runs to that helped his team to remain in the driver’s seat right from the start of the chase.
It was not a good series for India tough as their senior batters Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane registed one of the poorest tour of their career.
There are speculations that the duo might get dropped from the team in the next series against Sri Lanka at home because India have also invested on youngsters like Shreyas Iyer and Hanuma Vihari who had performed well whenever they are picked in the playing XI.
