T20 World Cup: India beat Australia by 9 wickets in second warm-up game

India beat Australia by 9 wickets in their second warm-up game of T20 World Cup 2021 in Dubai. Rohit Sharma shined with his 60 runs knock while Ravichandran Ashwin picked up two wickets in an over to put early pressure on Australia who batted first.

Australia were at 11/3 in the fourth over of the match but later Glenn Maxwell and Steve Smith rescued them with their 61-run stand.

Steve Smith went on scoring 57 runs and guided Australia to a good finish as the Aaron Finch-led side posted 152 runs in 20 overs.

Bhuveshwar Kumar was also back in full confidence with his economical spell and a wicket in the final over.

Chasing the target of 153 runs, Rohit started well with KL Rahul and added 68 runs for the first wicket. Later whe Rahul got out after scoring 39 runs, Suryakumar Yadav took the charge and played a handy 38 run knock to guide India to a 9-wicket win over Australia.
