He got injured in the fifth round of the group stage of the European Nations League. Ronaldo was injured in the nose after hitting with the goalkeeper of the Czech national team during his attempt to take the ball forward.

Ronaldo had a rough night
After the hit, Ronaldo fell to the ground bleeding and the Portugal medical staff rushed to rescue him as he was bleeding continuously on the ground. However, after receiving the necessary aid from the medical staff, Ronaldo returned to continue playing. Ronaldo had a very rough night. First, he was enduring a nasty hit to his face that made his nose bleed between the match and required a small bandage. He also committed a penalty that Czechs failed to convert with the score 2-0.
