While returning to the dugout every Pakistan player applauded the keeper and Babar was in front of everyone.
That is when Rizwan threw his bat towards him. It was not any animosity but a playful banter and Babar played alongside. He caught the bat and tapped Rizwan’s back after this heroic knock.

After losing the first 3 wickets for just 16 runs, Pakistan made a stellar comeback courtesy of Rizwan and Shakeel. Saud Shakeel played a brilliant knock alongside Rizwan and scored 141 runs. Shaheen Afridi chipped 29 runs quickly lower down the order to take Pakistan’s total to 448/6.
Bangladesh coach David Hemp is confident in his team’s ability to bat and stated “It’s a pretty good batting pitch and we hope it continues like this. Our batters need to match Pakistan’s batters and we need to get closer to Pakistan’s total.”
