Virat Kohli: has had a wonderful career so far. He has been carrying the Indian side for more than a decade now. Moreover, he has become the face of the world cricket everywhere. If someone mentions cricket, Kohli’s name will come up for sure.
Apart from cricket, Kohli is also a family man. He loves his wife Anushka Sharma and his two children Vamika and Akaay. Vamika was born in January of 2021 while Akaay came into the world in February 2024.
Speaking to Mr.Nags(Danish Sait), on the RCB insider’s show, Virat Kohli revealed a lots of heartwarming details about his life. He provided an update on Akaay and stated that Vamika loves playing cricket. And this statement has brought the cricketing world into a frenzy.
‘She Loves Swinging The Bat’
The interview with Mr.Nags is always a fun one when Kohli comes around. They have been sharing the RCB dugout for a decade now. Over the years, they have come close and have given us many memorable moments.
In the latest interview, Danish asked about Akaay’s health and jokingly said that Kohli’s kids can now play for WPL and IPL. Virat Kohli laughed and stated that Akaay was good and healthy. Everything is fine.
He further stated, “My daughter(Vamika) has picked up a bat and she is enjoying swinging the bat – but their choice at the end of the day.”
Virat Kohli: ‘A Good Month’
Turning his attention to the ongoing IPL 2024, Kohli stated that the month of May has been very good. April was bad and he thought the whole team was going into a very dark phase. But they have found a ray in May and he is glad that they made fans happy again.
