Ex-Pakistani cricketer and commentator Wasim Akram’s diabetic journey has been long. He was diagnosed with the disease while playing a cricket match and since then he has set a routine for himself. His morning routine is specifically quite popular among fans. He walks for around 10.5km and eats a healthy breakfast including nuts and yoghurt.
