WPL 2023: Just few hours before the maiden game of the highly anticipated WPL, BCCI has launched a new mobile app for the tournament. With the app, fans will be able to access all the latest updates related to WPL, including match highlights, press conferences, and recaps. The app can be downloaded from the app store.

In terms of layout and functions, the app resembles the IPL app quite a bit. Board is making all effort to ensure the success of this competition. The opening ceremony of the tournament will be in Mumbai, and it is anticipated to be a big occasion. AP Dhillon, a well-known Punjabi singer, will entertain the audience, along with Bollywood actresses Kriti Sanon and Kiara Advani.
It is expected that the first match of the tournament that will take place between Mumbai Indiansd and Gujarat Giants will be house packed. The opening ceremony will take place just one hour before the toss time. WPL app is a great option for fans who won’t be able to cover the match live and need to be updated with press conferences and other things.

All the matches of the Women’s Premier League will be broadcast for free on the JioCinema app. For TV viewers, the match can be seen through the Sports18 channel. Earlier, Viacom18 bagged the media and streaming rights for the tournament for an amount of INR 951 crore.
