WWE: The biggest festival of the summer is coming to a close and the hype is unreal. One of the main reasons for this unprecedented height has been the Bloodline in WWE. This storyline has been delivered every single week for the past 3 years now.
The story began with Jey joining Roman Reigns and making a heel faction and now it looks like it will end with Jey pinning The Tribal Chief for his Universal Title. So, are you ready to witness the great Main Event Jey?
And it is not just a random guess or a fan theory, the storyline is progressing like that only. In Money In The Bank, Roman was pinned for the first time in 1294 days. And you know who pinned him? It was none other than Jey.
Main Event Jey?
The Friday night Smackdown episode ended with the Trial of the Tribal Chief. And by the end, Jey USO demanded a title match against Roman Reigns. He ought to get it and with Summerslam the nearest Premium Live Event, their clash will happen there.
And considering how the storyline is going, it will be a poetic ending to end the Tribal Chief storyline. Jey winning the title can open way for new stars like Solo Sikoa as they can also challenge for the belt.
And once Roman is stripped of his title he can focus on the next big thing. And that thing is called The Rock, which is rumored to take place at Wrestlemania 40.
What About Cody Rhoades?
If Jey is facing Roman at Summerslam it raised the question that what would happen with Cody Rhodes. Will he ever get a chance to finish his storyline or he will shift to new adventures? There are many ways WWE can adopt but Cody not defeating Roman will always be a blunder.
We will have to wait and see as Cody might be facing Brock at Summerslam but what is after that will always remain a question. Because right now it feels like Cody is directionless as he has nothing to do.
