Air India passengers stuck in Jaipur for 5 hours as Pilot refuses to fly

Air India: A Pilot of the London Delhi Air India Flight refused to fly plane due to the long wait and made an emergency landing at the Jaipur Airport. The Passengers in the flight were made to wait for around five hours and all the passengers had to look out for other ways to reach their destinations. The Air India Flight was suppose to land in Delhi at around 4am, but due to the bad weather conditions the flight was moved to the Jaipur city.

Pilot refused to fly because of the delay

After a delay of around two hours, the pilot got the permission to take off to Delhi, but surprisingly the pilot refused to fly to Delhi due to the two hour wait. The driver said the duty hours had exceeded his shift timings so he won’t fly the plane.

Alternative arrangements were made for the Passengers

The Air India authorities had arranged for other facilities for the Passengers to reach Delhi. Although there were some other passengers who managed to book taxis on their own to reach their destination.
