AP News: A huge blue whale was found in a very unfortunate condition at Meghavaram beach in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. This huge creature found in the deep sea was 25 feet long and weighed five tons. Being stranded on the beach, the whale attracted the local people there and the crowd turned out to see it. Local people reached Meghavaram beach to click selfies with whale
On Thursday (July 27) a blue whale washed up on a Meghavaram beach in Srikakulam district, whose video is doing the rounds on the internet. Local fishermen were stunned to see this unusual incident of Blue Whale being found at beach. Due to heavy rains in the southern states, the blue whale has reached the beach of Andhra Pradesh. After the video went viral on social media, local people reached Meghavaram beach and clicked selfies and photos with the largest creature in the world.
Moderate rains are expected in the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Srikakulam and seven other places in Andhra Pradesh have received heavy rains. Along with this, moderate rains are expected in the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema region.
