Arvind Kejriwal’s Annual Retreat! Delhi CM Set for 10-Day Vipassana Meditation

Arvind Kejriwal: Next week, officials announced on Saturday, Aam Aadmi Party national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will participate in a 10-day Vipassana meditation course. Every year, he takes this 10-day Vipassana course.

Departure for Vipassana Course

According to PTI, Kejriwal will depart for the course on December 19 at an undisclosed location, one day after the Delhi Assembly’s winter session ends as planned. CM said, “After seven days of Vipassana meditation, I have come out today. Meditation has always given me spiritual strength and mental peace. This time also I am returning with more energy with a resolve to serve the country.”

Mental Health Focus

In order to improve their mental health, practitioners of the ancient Indian meditation technique known as vipassana refrain from speaking or using gestures for a prolonged amount of time. The chief minister has been engaging in Vipassana meditation for a considerable amount of time. In the past, he has travelled to various locations to practise the ancient meditation technique, such as Bengaluru and Jaipur.
