Noida News: Affordable housing is being developed in Noida Sector-27. Sanjay Khatri, the ACEO of Noida Authority, examined the state of the staff quarters constructed in Sector-27 on Saturday. About 35 years ago, these were constructed. They are now in a state of disrepair. According to authority authorities, staff quarters and reasonably priced apartments for the general public will now be built in these locations.
Housing Development in Sector-27
In Sector-27, over 200 one- and two-bedroom apartments have been constructed for Noida Authority workers. Some of these homes are occupied by staff members from other departments. These apartments are in very poor shape. Sanjay Khatri, the ACEO of Noida Authority, examined the apartments’ state on Saturday. According to officials, they are fixed annually, yet the damage recurs. It is necessary to start over when things get like this. The ACEO gave the order to create an action plan on this.
Inspection of Public Health Department
Sanjay Khatri, the ACEO of the Authority, examined the Public Health Department’s activities in addition to civil works. He observed the sanitation system while visiting Nangli-Wajitpur and a few more villages. He issued directives to upgrade these locations’ cleaning systems. Additionally, the ACEO discovered C&D trash dispersed throughout. He requested its prompt removal.
Pricey apartments in communal housing developments About 2007 or 2008, the authority began granting land to builders. The builders halted a program they had initially started for one-bedroom apartments. In builder communities, a two-bedroom apartment is pricey. This has led to plans to construct affordable apartments.
Proposal for Brahma Sarovar Construction
Following Sector-27, the Authority’s ACEO arrived at Geja village. Here, it is suggested that Brahma Sarovar be built next to Shani Mandir. According to authority officials, a picnic area will be created at this Sarovar. The process of selecting a consultant for this has been initiated by the Authority. Its surroundings will be made more beautiful. There will be created walkways for people to use everywhere. This location will have kid-sized swings and seating benches added.
Purpose of the Dog Shelter
In Sector-135 the ACEO also examined the dog shelter that was under construction. Here, retaining the rambunctious canines will help them behave better. Currently, this space can house 25–30 dogs. If there is more room later on, the number of dogs can be raised. It’s going to be ready as a prototype shelter. In one week, it will begin. Following this, Sector-34 will see the opening of a dog shelter.
