CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister of Uttarakhand, has returned to India after attending the Investor Summit in London. With investments worth crores, CM Dhami had just returned from a trip to London. CM Dhami signed investment memorandums of understanding (MoUs) totaling Rs 12,500 crore while attending the Investor Summit, where he spoke with a number of investors from around the globe. He deemed his London visit a success after arriving back in India.
CM Dhami Recounts NRIs’ Reception and Investment Milestones
While talking to ANI Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami says, “The NRIs in London gave a warm welcome to us and to the delegation from Uttarakhand. There have been MoUs worth Rs. 12,500 crores with the investors… This will increase employment in the state… Our resolution to bring the state to the list of leading states is moving in the right direction… Steps taken by PM Modi like providing Covid vaccine to all, G20 etc., have improved India’s image all over the world… Rail, rope, road, we are working in all these areas rapidly. This is our priority… We also received many proposals in adventure tourism, the private sector etc, we will move them after analysing them…”
CM Dhami’s Return After Rs 12000 Crore London Visit
Let us let you know that Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister of Uttarakhand, arrived in London on September 25 for a four-day visit. On Friday, September 29, he left for India once more. CM Dhami visited with a number of influential business houses during his trip to London, took part in the road show for the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit, and signed MoUs with numerous companies totaling Rs 12,000 crore. Now that he has the investment, CM Dhami is talking about developing new initiatives.
