Dehradun News: 40 year woman Sunita Rautela has been invited by Prime Minister’s office to attend the Independence Day celebrations. Sunita Rautela is a middle class women who hails from Dehradun and she had recently started making chutney’s and Jams from Apple with the help of other women of her village. Sunita with the help of her husband and other women in the village had started this small venture and created a farmer producer organization which makes chutney and jam from apples. Sunita had sent this chutney to Prime Minister’s office and she received a letter of invite to the Independence Day ceremony.

Sunita belonged to the lower middle class family and had started this small business with the help of the women of village and United Nations Development Program. Sunita’s husband says initially it was hard to run this business with lack of funds, but they took the baby steps and gradually built their business. Today they hope to sell this chutney and Jam to each and every house of the country.

Govt Scheme, village women gave her huge support

Sunita and her husband came to know about a Government scheme which gave them a lot of hope to run their business as the only challenge these people faced was the funds. Today they aim to reach new heights by achieving more targets.
