Dehradun News: The famous Lord Tapkeshwar Mahadev will begin his city tour from the 28th August. The tour will start from the ancient moveable pagoda located in the Paltan Bazar. The authorities have made all the arrangements and the preparations to make this procession organized by Tapeshwar Mahadev Sewa dal a grand occasion. This year the International Shyam has been called from Jabalpur to make the Procession a grand event. This band has performed in many Bollywood films. However the Sindhi band of Delhi will be the center of attraction.
Many artists will perform in the Procession
Many artists from cities like Mathura, Vrindavan, Meerut will perform in this Procession. The authorities have also made the arrangement for Bhandaras. Many Sewa Dal workers will also be present during the Procession. The Procession is expected to witness lakhs of devotees. Like every year lots of preparations have been made to make this a special occasion.
All arrangements in place for the Grand Event
Lord Tapkeshwar temple is a holy temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is located at 6kms from the Dehradun city. Thousands of devotees visit Tapkeshwar temple every year. The name ‘Tapkeshwar’ is given because the water droplets continuously falls on the Shivling.
