Delhi Blast: An explosion rocked the area near the CRPF School in Prashant Vihar, Rohini, leaving the Delhi in shock and raising concerns over the city’s security. The incident has triggered alarms about potential new forms of threats, especially with no remote control or electronic device found at the scene. According to Aaj Tak, “No remote or electronic device was used to trigger the blast.” Adding to the intrigue, some Pakistani Telegram channels have claimed that Khalistani extremists are involved in this incident, further complicating the investigation.
Authorities Probe the Unusual Explosion in Delhi
The Delhi Police and other government security agencies are therefore now totally committed to solving the explosion’s mystery. The inquiry is now more complicated because no device or remote was used. They are looking into a number of possibilities, such as a potential Naxalite attack, connections to Khalistani organisations, or perhaps the participation of terrorist organisations based in Pakistan. In addition, the lack of common triggering mechanisms has changed their strategy as they try to figure out how the explosion happened.
Discovery of Suspicious White Powder Raises Further Concerns
In addition to the blast, forensic teams have discovered traces of a white powder at the explosion site. This finding further deepens the mystery. AAP Points Fingers at Central Government for Security Lapses
Meanwhile, the political fallout from this explosion has been swift. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has come down hard on the central government, blaming it for failing to ensure Delhi’s security. Both Manish Sisodia, the former Deputy Chief Minister, and Saurabh Bhardwaj, a senior minister, have publicly criticized the BJP and the Lieutenant Governor (LG) for their handling of law and order in the city. Moreover, the AAP leaders argue that such incidents are becoming more frequent due to the central government’s negligence. They have demanded the resignation of the LG, saying the situation is no longer acceptable.
