Delhi News: This Diwali season, if you’re trying to find a place to buy, give it some time. The Delhi Development Authority will soon unveil its largest housing project to date. Your goal of having a home in Delhi can come true, even though DDA apartments might be a little more costly than those in the NCR. DDA is including 32,500 apartments in this housing project.
Apartments for Every Category
These will have apartments in every category. This also includes penthouses and flats classified as EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG, and Super HIG. Five years were spent waiting for DDA’s Jagjari houses. The date of this scheme can now be revealed at any moment. All of these apartments will be found at Loknayak Puram, Dwarka, and Narela. Allow us to add the number of apartments that have been maintained in each location.
Varied Price Ranges
Out of the 32,500 flats, DDA has reportedly built 24,000 of them. Within the next six months, the remaining 8,500 apartments will be finished with construction. An EWS flat will cost between Rs 11 and 14 lakh. In contrast, LIG apartments will cost between Rs. 14 and Rs. 30 lakh. MIG flat costs will begin at Rs 1 crore. HIG will be priced starting at Rs 2.50 crore. Super HIG apartments can be purchased for as little as Rs 3 crore.
Dwarka Sector 19B Offerings
Over 700 apartments in the EWS category, over 900 in the MIG category, 170 in the Super HIG category, and 14 penthouses are located in Dwarka Sector 19B. In Narela, there are almost 5,000 EWS apartments. HIG and MIG, on the other hand, have more than 1600 and 1900 apartments, respectively. In Loknayak Puram, there are around 200 EWS flats for sale, while in MIG, there are over 600 units. In Dwarka Sector 14, there are over 1000 EWS apartments, over 300 LIG apartments, and over 300 MIG apartments.
Contact DDA for Details
To obtain further details regarding this housing initiative, please call the DDA call centre at 1800-110-332. The first come, first served policy will apply to this plan. Bookings for apartments can also be made via DDA’s official website, https://dda.gov.in/. But DDA’s prior experience hasn’t been very noteworthy. In DDA plans, a large number of apartments have previously been sold, but they are entirely unoccupied. Despite being fully furnished, many apartments are not being sold. It has added 57,000 apartments to housing complexes in the previous ten years. The fact that they gave up after buying 15,500 apartments is shocking.
