Ghaziabad News: The Meerut Divisional Commissioner has highlighted some shocking facts during a survey to probe on the illegal constructions. It is being found out that more than 5000 buildings have been built on a single use plot. The shocking fact has come to light after the Divisional Commissioner of Meerut has conducted a survey in the Vasundhara Township in Ghaziabad. According to the official of the UP Housing Board, the department has formed a team after receiving several complaints of land Violations. The committee has also prepared a Report which will be forwarded to the Government for probe.( As Reported by TOI)
Committee will take serious action against Offenders
The UP Housing Board official also said that the current survey has highlighted many serious illegal constructions. After discussing the issue with the State Government, the committee will be taking serious action against the offenders who are involved in the illegal act. The government is planning to hold demolitions on all the illegal building or construction being made in the city.
Common Man loses all Money in situations like this
According to the Up Housing Board, the small builders somehow try to build unauthorized buildings thinking that they won’t get caught, but unfortunately when the facts come to light, it’s the common man who suffers, the one who has invested a huge amount of money in the buying the Property.
