Ghaziabad News:
The Allahabad High Court has ordered the demolition of illegally constructed flats in plot number 831 of Vasundhara Sector 1 in Ghaziabad. Following the court's order, Awas Vikas has pasted notices on the building asking all flat owners to vacate it before August 5. Presently 18 families live in this building. After the High Court's notice, the roof of these families is in danger. Actually this building is made against the standards.
Residents in panic, says where will we go now?
According to the residents staying in the building, they have taken loans from banks to pay the EMI for the flat, the notice to vacate the building so soon seems impossible as this was the only house they had. The authorities must have taken the action against the builder much earlier so that the hard earned money of the people living there is not wasted.
Court orders demolition by August 5th
The Housing authorities are soon going to demolish the building as it is dangerous for life of the residents living in these buildings. There will be action against the builder also. These houses will be demolished by August 5th
