Ghaziabad News: The inauguration of India’s inaugural RapidX system will be carried out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with extensive preparations underway for this momentous event. As part of the preparations, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to visit Ghaziabad on Thursday in advance of the official RapidX inauguration.
CM Yogi Adityanath to arrive Ghaziabad today
The Chief Minister will arrive at CISF Indirapuram after landing at Hindon Air Force base. He will then proceed to the public meeting site in Vasundhara Yojana Sector-8 to assess the preparations. Subsequently, he will make his way to the Sahibabad Rapidex station, where NCRTC officials will provide a presentation on the program.
In the evening, the Chief Minister will depart for Lucknow from Hindon Air Force. The district administration officials are currently engrossed in extensive preparations, ensuring that the public meeting venue is swiftly readied. The pertinent departments are actively working on arrangements for roads, sanitation, and security.
In this regard, District Magistrate Rakesh Kumar Singh and Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik held a meeting to evaluate the preparations. They also visited the proposed sites for the Chief Minister’s visit and provided essential directives to the departmental officers involved.
PM Modi to inaugurate RapidX on this date
Reliable sources of Bharatiya Janata Party said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come to Ghaziabad on October 20 to inaugurate Rapidex. However, this has not been officially confirmed yet. It has been told in the program of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that he will come to inspect the venue located in Vasundhara Sector 8. It has become clear that the venue of the program will remain the same.
RapidX will operate from 6 am to 11 pm. RapidX will be available every 15 minutes. NCRTC CPRO Puneet Vats said that initially the operations will be conducted at an interval of 15 minutes. It can also be increased or decreased according to the number of passengers.
