Ghaziabad News: In order to ensure better Traffic Regulation, the Traffic Police is planning to implement new regulations in the city for smooth traffic management and prevent the over crowding in various intersections of roads. To implement this, the Traffic Police will redeploy all the Traffic Officers into major points from tomorrow. With the help of this new formulation, the traffic officers will be able to look after a larger area. Currently the Traffic Officers are deployed at the 183 points, they will now be posted at 152 points from tomorrow. This was decided by a two member committee to ensure better Traffic Policy in the city.

New Move will ensure better Traffic System

The move was taken keeping in view the flyovers, roads and infrastructure development to have smooth traffic regulation. The committee had observed 183 traffic points and 152 duty stations for the Traffic Police. These Traffic Officers will be able to focus on larger areas . The move will ensure traffic smoothening in the roads with less congestion.

All Officers will have 8 hour shift

The Traffic Police officers will have 8 hours of shift and not 12 hrs in the modified policy. This will help in giving less stress to the Traffic Police officers and they will be able to perform their duties effectively.
