Ghaziabad News: In a Good News for Investors, the Ghaziabad development Authority is planning to bring a scheme around the RapidX Rail Corridor. Under the new scheme, the area around the Duhai Depot will be stretched to 500 acres from 250 acres. To get the scheme into action, the Ghaziabad Development Authority has also appointed a Consultant Agency. The GDA is planning to develop the Duhai Deport into an Industrial hub along with Housing hub. The Consultant Agency will start working on the project soon. The GDA is also working on a Zonal Plan along with the NCRTC.
The New Plan has many exciting Features
The Zonal Plan will work on building parks, gyms, Recreational Centers, Industrial Towns and other Development Projects. The Plan will also work on how to use the land for the betterment of people. The main purpose of the GDA and the NCRTC is to attract more and more investors to participate in this project. The area around this will have the best connectivity for the commuters.
Train will carry Goods during Night Hours
Apart from the RapidX Rail Depot, authorities are also planning to link the Circular Road with the Elevated road for better connectivity. There will be a scheme in which authorities are planning how to carry Goods during night hours in the RapidX train. There will be Ware House also, which will help in easing off the traffic.
