Ghaziabad News: As the G20 Summit kicks off from tomorrow, the City’s Police will seal all the borders by 7pm in the evening. All Traffic diversions will remain into effect considering the summit starts from tomorrow. The Traffic Police ADG said that a notice has been issued to the 650 shopkeepers and 150 street vendors about the route diversion. They have been instructed not to let crowd gather outside the shops. Traffic Police is verifying all people living near the Airport, the road construction work near the Hindon Airport is completed. Traffic will be stopped when the convoy of guests leaves.
No vehicle will be allowed to enter Delhi after 7pm
Vehicles coming from UP gate, Anand Vihar, Seemapuri Border, Tulsi Niketan Border will not be allowed to enter Delhi after 7pm. All these measures will be active till the event is over. All vehicles will enter via Eastern Peripheral Expressway. Vehicles carrying essential services will be allowed to move. The convoy of the Guests will be accompanied with 10 Ambulances and Security Personnel.
Over 200 Policemen deployed at the Rooftop near Airport
Traffic Policemen are deployed at the 150 cuts on the G20 route. Local public will be barred from standing on the roadside during the event. Over 200 Policemen will be deployed on the rooftop with weapons near the airport.
