Ghaziabad News: If you are someone who has been planning to buy your own property or shops in the city, then this is the right opportunity for you. The Ghaziabad Development Authority is coming up with an auction on the 25th of this month, where all kinds of small or big shops, flats and colonies will be put up for sale. The land with an area of 2000 hectares or more than 2000 hectare will be auctioned. The authority has different kinds of properties for sale which will be out in the auction which is scheduled to take place on the 25th August.
Over 150 Plots will be up for Sale
The auction will take place in the Ghaziabad Authority office. The auction will have over 150 Residential plots and more than 100 plots for official and Industrial use. According to the GDA officials, the authority is planning to sell the vacant land which is been kept with them for a very long time. GDA has made all the arrangement for the auction. The authorities is hoping to earn over 200 Cr from this auction.
Buyers can participate in the auction and buy land of their choice
The land available with GDA which will be put up for auction is –Govindpuram, Nandgram, Indirapuram Yojana, Indraprastha Yojana, Tulsi Niketan, Kaushambi Yojna, Vaishali Yojana, Pratap Vihar Yojana etc. The other available land will be for Shopping Malls, Art Galleries, Residential Plots, Shops, Group Houing, Petrol Pump, etc Interested buyers can participate in the auction and buy property of their choice.
